Freight quoted before payment

Displayed product prices exclude freight and applicable tax. Submit the exact model, quantity, complete delivery address and receiving requirements. We will confirm availability, estimated dispatch, the delivery service and the complete total in a written quote. Your request does not place an order or reserve stock. We request payment through a secure Shopify invoice after you approve the full quote.

Receiving requirements

Tell us whether the destination is residential, a commercial facility or a limited-access site, and whether a loading dock or suitable forklift is available. Liftgate, appointment, inside delivery, unpacking and assembly are included only when stated in your quote. A change to the address or required service can change the price; we will seek approval before arranging an added service.

Timing and shipment updates

Dispatch means the product leaves the supplier; it is separate from transit time. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We will share available tracking and communicate material delays. If a confirmed shipping timeframe cannot be met, we will contact you about the revised timing and available cancellation or refund options.

At delivery

Check the packaging and package count before signing. Record visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt, take photos and keep the packaging. Report any problem to us immediately so we can help coordinate the applicable carrier or manufacturer process.
