Equipment purchases with a confirmed quote

Cooper River Supply is a business of Cooper River LLC. We help U.S. customers source manual equipment and coordinate their orders. Product information and prices are subject to verification for the exact model.

Requests, quotes and payment

A website inquiry is not a purchase, reservation or promise of delivery. Before payment, your written quote identifies the product, quantity, freight service, applicable taxes, full price, estimated dispatch and any product-specific restrictions. The quote states its validity. Changes to the quantity, configuration, destination or receiving requirements require an updated quote.

After approving the quote, use the secure Shopify payment link we provide. Never send card numbers, security codes or banking documents through email or the inquiry form. We confirm supplier acceptance and send order updates. If we cannot supply an accepted item, we will contact you and arrange the applicable refund; substitutions require your approval.

Use and support

Choose equipment for the actual load, route, environment and intended application. Follow the manufacturer's setup, inspection and operating instructions. Published capacity does not establish suitability for every moving load. Assembly, installation and technical service are included only when explicitly stated in the quote. We coordinate customer questions and the applicable manufacturer support process.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Our shipping, refund and privacy policies apply together with the product-specific terms provided before payment. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
