The extra width and length can suit long equipment, heavy cartons, parts, tools or multiple containers when the complete load fits the deck and the application is confirmed. Vestil rates the truck for a 3,600 lb uniform static load; check weight distribution, clearances, floor conditions and turns rather than relying on capacity alone.
The smooth steel platform is structurally reinforced underneath and finished in blue powder coat. It includes a removable polished-steel push handle and a standard floor lock to help hold the truck during loading, unloading or stationary use. Two rigid and two swivel 8 × 2 in. glass-filled nylon casters support tracking and maneuverability. The truck arrives with the platform, handle, caster set and floor lock. Inspect the delivery and follow the current manufacturer manual for setup.

How much will freight cost?
LTL models arrive on a freight truck. Tell us whether the destination has a dock or forklift or needs liftgate or residential service. We confirm availability, the freight service, tax and the complete delivered price in writing before you pay.
Can you deliver to a home?
Tell us if the destination is residential. We confirm the carrier’s service, access restrictions and any residential charge for your address before payment.
Do I need a liftgate?
For eligible freight, a liftgate lowers the shipment from the truck to ground level. Tell us if you do not have a loading dock or suitable forklift. Liftgate, inside delivery and assembly are separate services and are included only when written into your delivered price.
Can I place a tax-exempt order?
Tell us that you’re requesting tax-exempt treatment. We will confirm the required documentation and whether an exemption applies before payment. An exemption is not automatic.
What are the return terms?
Eligible standard Vestil items require written return authorization, must meet the manufacturer’s 30-day-from-shipment limit, and generally carry a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused, resalable and in original packaging. Return freight and exclusions are confirmed before payment. Contact us before sending anything back.
Who handles warranty questions?
Contact Cooper River Supply first. We coordinate the applicable manufacturer warranty process for your exact model. Coverage, labor and return freight depend on the manufacturer’s terms; installation or repair is included only if explicitly confirmed in writing.
